BEWARE!!! The Windsor Service centre steals parts!!!! Just saw someone else posted the same problem not long ago about this service centre on Google comments for there sales centre in Kingswood. BEWARE!!! I payed over $2500 on repairs for my Falcon. It was an ex cop car with police spec all though it, wasn't when I got it back. On top of that the front end was all loose(felt loose and small knocks), the brake balance was changed to some weird setup where it was really heavy front bias that shifted to the back, which was really dangerous... my front grill was loose and VERY slight damage to edge of front right quarter panel above wheel arch.
Terrible Customer Service.
Got to be my worst car experience ever.
Make sure you have photos of your car before you take it here. Especially if you have custom parts.
I would hate for them to do this to someone else.
